got yoga?

Well, it’s been a month and half since I last posted. A lot of my time has been spent trying to get my writing out in the world.

There was a time when writers could write and just write or stress about not writing. Today a writer needs to know how to market and how to sell. And we need to know not only how to network but how to social network.

I started to blog because I was stressed about writing and trying to sell my writing, and now I’m stressing about blogging or not blogging? I think it’s time to take a yoga class. Or would I just stress about breathing or not breathing?

  1. Don't stress, Pat. I love your blog posts. You'll have to go to yoga without me b/c I don't understand all that yoga slang but I'll read your blogs when you want to write them anytime. : )

    • : Twice a day = morning and eveinng. After you wake up, and before you go to sleep, is a very good routine. If your vision doesn’t get blurred it doesn’t mean that the exercise hasn’t worked! It gets blurred when there is an excess of fluid around the eyes, which is not everyone’s case. Acupressure works on other levels.

  2. I think I'm starting to see that instead of fighting the stress, I need to go with the stress….let myself be one with stress 🙂
